Arrangements should be made prior to the reception for the gift cards to be given directly to the Bride/Groom or other immediate family member. The Plantation Club is not responsible for these or any other gifts.

The Plantation Club, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and service of all alcoholic beverages in accordance with the Alcohol Beverage Commission Laws of KY.

It is policy that The Plantation Club must supply all alcoholic beverages. Any alcoholic beverage brought onto the premises will be confiscated and not returned.

 Bar closes at 12:45 am.


Prices do not include 17% gratuity and 6% KY sales tax of total bill, including gratuity.

All food must be supplied & prepared by The Plantation Club, except the cake.
$500.00 non refundable deposit required to reserve date
 

Any damage done to the premises will be charged accordingly.

The Plantation Club cannot assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought into the banquet area.


The Plantation Club prepares ample food for our guests.
We prepare 5% more than requested. All food/beverages leftover remain the property of    The Plantation Club and may not be removed from the premises.
Food will be brought back to the kitchen 30 minutes after serving the last guest. We do not offer food tastings, but we can assist you in menu planning.


Band members, photographers, and assistants provided with meal service must be added to the guarantee.

The wedding party is responsible for booking the band and/or DJ's.
The band must be setup 1 hour prior to the start of the event.
The band is responsible for setup and breakdown.
Equipment must be removed immediately after the event.
The Plantation Club is not responsible for equipment.


We do not allow any decorations or items to be attached to our walls, furniture, ceilings, equipment or windows.
All decorations must be confirmed with management prior to the event.
No wax candles are to be used.  We supply 2 crystal glass candles per table at no charge.

Smoking permitted on the veranda only.

Any damage done by centerpieces will be the responsibility of the wedding party.
