Golf Outing Policy
A contract must be signed for all outings
To close the course to all other play for a shotgun start a guarantee of 120 players ($4920.00)must be paid for greens fees and cart fees.
Food and beverage service in addition to greens fees and cart fees.
Shortgun starts with less than the guarantee of 120 / $4920.00 may expect other greens fee players on the course.
House Policy
1.) If you have other menus that you wish to discuss, we will be happy to accommodate you.
2.) All prices are plus Kentucky sales tax and gratuities where applicable.
3.) Gratuities are 15% on buffet service, 17% on full service including all bar service.
4.) No gratuities on self service soft drinks, beer, greens fees, and cart fees.
5.) All food left over is the property of Twin Oaks and may not be removed from the premises.
6.) All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Twin Oaks. Any alcoholic beverages brought on to the premises will be confiscated and returned upon departure from the property.
7.) Alcoholic beverages will be denied to anyone who is or appears to be intoxicated.
8.) All golfers are required to wear proper golf attire, soft spike shoes and observe proper golf etiquette.
9.) A non-refundable deposit is required to hold a new golf outing date. A written contract must be signed and returned with the deposit within two weeks of the verbal confirmation. Outings cancelled less than 90 days before event will forfeit any deposit.
10.) You will be notified two (2) weeks in advance of the event, to confirm details. Confirmation of the guaranteed number of players will be due 48 hours in advance of the event.
11.) Payment is due the day of the event. Cash and checks only. No credit Cards will be accepted as payment.
12.) Course contests, hole sponsor sign set up,cart assignments & signage, registration tables & door prize table,beverage stations, cups,ice,& coolers, pre-shotgun announcements, spike changing,all setup/pickup provided at no additional charge.
13.) Regular scoring will be charged at 1.00 per line. Callaway & other mathematical scoring is 2.00 per line.
14.) Due to fluctuating food markets, we reserve the right to substitute items if absolutely necessary.
